How to complain

We pride ourselves on the first class customer service provided to our customers and clients. In the unlikely event you feel there is a need for improvement in our services or practises and you are not totally satisfied. You have a right to complain to us. We have a transparent and confidential complaints procedure in place.

You can call our office and ask to speak with the manager regarding your complaint and you will be instructed on what to do next. Alternatively, you can write to us at the postal address below and we will process the complaint in the strictest of confidence.
